Susanne Svärd joined ITB‑MED in 2018 and leads the HR function in Sweden, responsible for performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. She partners closely with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, development, and a high‑performing organizational culture.

She holds a Diploma in Human Resources and brings extensive experience from a wide range of industries and roles. Her broad background has shaped a strong people‑first mindset, enabling her to combine operational insight with a deep commitment to culture and engagement.
