Michael J. Price

Michael Price has spent 40 years in investment banking (at Evercore, Lazard and Morgan Stanley) and has advised senior management and board of directors on strategic matters including corporate transactions.  He has been an active investor in many industries including biotechnology.

He received a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.  He sits on the board of trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and Rockefeller University. He created the Center for the Social Brain at Rockefeller.  He previously sat on several public company boards.
